friendly stafflittle decorations
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are clean and look beautiful. many little decorations exist. the window blinds are really good for darkening the room.
i could feel the metro passing under the hotel. it shook the pictures on the wall.

the staff was friendly. the room was clean and spacious (a rare find these days).
The air conditioning was not effective. I fiddled with the settings, but the room remained warm. the noise from the nearby metro was quite noticeable. it shook the pictures on the wall sometimes.

friendly staffexcursion tourgood quality bedsheets
the staff was very friendly and helpful all information was provided before arrival they responded fast to messages. they called a taxi to the airport and organized a very good excursion tour with their partners. the bedsheets were new and of good quality the soap shampoo and conditioner were from a very good local brand.
the hotel is a little out of the central area.

The staff was friendly. and the rooms were in very good shape!
Our room faced the street and it was really noisy. The metro runs right under the building, and I could feel it vibrate. The noise stopped late at night, but it started up again early in the morning.

Excellent Stay Experience

The staff provided information quickly. They responded to messages fast. The bedsheets felt new. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner came from a local brand. I found the surprise pastel de nata welcome gift good. The location is quite convenient. There is a metro station nearby. Supermarkets are also close.
The street-facing room on the first floor had significant noise issues. The metro passes underneath, causing vibrations until late. I removed wall decorations to stop the rattling.

A cute tray of coffee and tea was available in the room. As a surprise, I also got offered a traditional pastel de nata. Lemon-mint water and cookies are available at the reception area for all guests.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport. They also set up a tour with their partners. This made logistics easy. I certainly appreciate their attention to detail.
